Dan Moat is an accomplished energy industry leader who has been helping companies streamline energy and utility management internationally for more than 25 years—and he's passionate about it. In 2015, he founded Vervantis Inc., headquartered in Tempe, AZ, to share this passion for excellence and innovation through expert advice, software, and managed services in energy, sustainability, and utility-bill management.

Before establishing Vervantis, Dan was Co-Owner of Encore International, one of Europe's largest energy consultancies with more than 100 advisors specializing in dynamic utility purchasing and risk strategies for large and medium-sized enterprises. He successfully led the business through rapid expansion and its eventual sale in 2010 before relocating to Phoenix to build Vervantis into a leading North American consultancy.
